Approach
We firmly believe that by helping organizations achieve greater gender balance in leadership, the positive impact is far-reaching – for the bottom line, women, and all employees.
A differentiator in our approach, we examine the experience of women who are potential employees, those newly employed and long-tenured incumbents. We even consider ways to engage those women who have left the firm. Our analysis lens, or model, takes the entire employee life cycle into consideration, helping clients to ultimately maximize existing practices and pinpoint and modify those that are ineffective.
