We take a comprehensive approach to strengthening an inclusive, high-impact women's initiative so that it incorporates the needs of all women at the firm. Prior to kicking off any activities that involve employees, we hold a commitment meeting with the senior leadership team to build support and gauge alignment with the goals of the process. Here are some of the ways we can support your organization:

Assessment Advisory Services Women’s Employee Networks Workshops

  • Executive coaching for individual and groups of women leaders
  • Facilitation of ongoing progress meetings related to gender balance for senior management team or for women’s initiative steering committee
